My kids thoroughly enjoy the lessons. The Sensei's are very friendly, professional and motivating. My kids look forward to lessons each week. They have learnt so many new skill, not only physical but also mental skills. Highly recommend classes with Al Qawi.

My 5 year old attended for almost 6 months but stopped due to covid. Alhamdulillah br Arif is solid with the kids my son really enjoyed the company of the older boys and seemed to enjoy the classes.

Arif is one of most trustworthy and reliable people I have ever met. He conducts sessions with integrity and talks to them about important lessons in life. I trust my own children with Arif and I highly recommend him.

Arif slowly explains every single part of his session exquisitely by slowly breaking down each technique so that it is easy to understand. His knowledge in the field of mma ect, is sublime and would definitely advise anybody to take classes with him
